Sales & Customer Service

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.

Store Operations

- Ensure products are neatly displayed and replenished on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and arranging merchandise.
- Report damaged or missing stock to the Store Manager.

Billing & Cash Handling

- Assist customers during billing when required.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods accurately.
- Ensure billing accuracy and maintain transaction records.

Customer Experience





- Resolve customer queries and complaints politely.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Encourage repeat visits through excellent service.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills (Tamil is mandatory; English is an advantage).
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Sales and persuasion skills.
- Team player.
- Basic billing/POS knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
