Job Description – Deputy Manager – Finance
Industry: Business Consulting / Financial Services
Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month
Experience: 6+ Years
Qualification: M.Com / MBA Finance (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Manage GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
- Review reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.

Skills Required

- 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Robust analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
