Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive

About the Role (Overview)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily online business operations and ensure seamless order fulfilment. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling e-commerce processes, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining operational efficiency across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

How You Will Add Value (Core Responsibilities)

- Monitor order processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth fulfilment.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track and manage inventory across e-commerce channels to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to orders, inventory, dispatch status, returns, cancellations, and operational exceptions.
- Ensure timely order execution and follow-up on pending shipments, returns, and customer-related concerns.




- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and logistics partners for smooth business operations.
- Monitor order accuracy and ensure adherence to company SOPs and service levels.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales activities from an operational perspective.

What You Bring to the Team (Experience & Education)

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Good understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
