We're looking for a Creative Video Editor who can bring energy and polish to both short-form and long-form content. You'll work on everything from scroll-stopping Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts to premium long-form videos, YouTube content, and brand films. If you have a sharp eye for pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) with strong hooks, pacing, and trend-aware creative choices
- Edit long-form videos (YouTube, brand films, promos) with premium, polished finishing
- Add motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects using After Effects
- Color grade and finish footage in DaVinci Resolve
- Sync audio, sound design, and music to enhance storytelling
- Collaborate with the content/marketing team to align edits with brand tone and goals
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Stay updated on short-form content trends, transitions, and editing styles

Requirements





- Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form video content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (color grading, editing)
- Robust understanding of pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific content (Instagram, YouTube)
- A portfolio/reel demonstrating creative short-form and long-form edits
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator) — a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Familiarity with social media trends and algorithms
- Basic knowledge of sound design/audio mixing

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
