Job Description – HR Executive Position: HR Executive Location: [Korattur]

Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. - Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation. - Conduct Background Verification (BGV) and maintain employee records. - Track employee attendance, leave, and maintain HR databases. - Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and support employee relations. - Assist with payroll inputs, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance. - Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and full & final settlement coordination. - Maintain HR reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.



- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Required Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred). - Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, BGV, attendance management, and employee lifecycle. - Good documentation and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Qualification - Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources. - 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
