A Store Assistant in a distributor warehouse manages inventory flow, from receiving and stocking to order picking and dispatch. They ensure accurate stock records, maintain facility organization, and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts and fulfill distributor orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Management:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplier shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize stock in designated warehouse locations using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methods.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Update and maintain accurate stock databases using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory tracking spreadsheets.

Order Fulfillment & Dispatch:

- Pick, pack,



and label distributor orders accurately for outbound shipments or inter-branch transfers.
- Ensure outgoing products are properly sealed, loaded, and secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify that delivery schedules and packing slips match the loaded freight trucks prior to departure.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Higher Secondary/Diploma or equivalent; basic math and computer skills required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations.
- Skills: Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to lift heavy merchandise

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
