Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. We are particularly looking for candidates with a strong technical foundation, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields, who can leverage data, analytics, and technology to optimize marketing performance.

Fresh graduates with excellent technical skills, strong analytical thinking, and an interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Paid Advertising channels.
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns for global markets.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
- Manage website performance, SEO initiatives, and organic traffic growth.
- Work closely with design, content, and technical teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Track and optimize KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROI, and customer engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI-powered marketing tools, automation, and analytics.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Paid Advertising,



and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to AI tools, marketing automation platforms, or data visualization tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred Educational Background

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Candidates from technical backgrounds with a solid interest in digital marketing are highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications are a plus.

Preferred Experience

- Experience (or internship/project experience) in digital marketing, performance marketing, analytics, or growth marketing.
- Demonstrable understanding of B2B marketing, software services, or international markets is an advantage.
- Exposure to marketing automation, CRM tools, lead generation, and funnel optimization is preferred.
