About the Role:

We’re looking for a data-driven and creativeEmail Marketing Specialistto join our marketing team at Rannkly. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns aimed at lead nurturing, product engagement, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute email campaigns for lead generation, onboarding, retention, and upselling.

- Build and segment mailing lists for targeted campaigns.

- Design and A/B test subject lines, CTAs, content, and templates to improve open and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email content.

- Ensure campaigns align with overall brand and marketing strategies.

- Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce, conversions) and report on campaign ROI.

- Manage and optimize email automation workflows.

- Ensure compliance with email regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

✅ Requirements:





- 3–5 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in aSaaS or B2Bcompany.

- Hands-on experience with email platforms likeMailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar.

- Robust understanding of email segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.

- Proficient in using analytics tools to interpret performance and drive improvements.

- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design (basic level).

- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.

- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience withcustomer lifecycle marketing

- Worked onemail campaigns for product-led growth (PLG)

- Knowledge of tools likeCanva,Figma, orBrevo

- B2B or SaaS industry background
