Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers post-purchase via phone, email & chat
- Build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction & retention
- Resolve queries by collaborating with internal teams
- Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain interaction records & performance reports
- Meet KPIs like response time, resolution time & CSAT

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3+ years experience
- Excellent English communication (multi-language is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM,



LMS & WhatsApp API tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

- ₹18,000/month during probation (6 months)
- ₹22,000/month post probation
- Incentives up to ₹10,000–₹15,000/month
- Weekly rewards & performance certificates

Work Schedule:

- Shifts: Rotational
- Weekly off + additional leave (as per shift allocation)
