HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Management Graduate Trainees to assist in Manufacturing Operations, Client Coordination, and B2B Operations. This role is ideal for fresh management graduates seeking hands-on experience in Operations Management, Order Processing, and Client Servicing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
- Support Order Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Tracking
- Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams
- Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
- Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
- Support Client Coordination, B2B Client Servicing, and Customer Support
- Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling




- Learn and implement Operations Best Practices in a B2B Manufacturing Environment

Eligibility & Preferred Background

- Graduate / Post-Graduate – MBA, BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MCom, MSc
- Freshers or recent management graduates with interest in Operations Management, Client Servicing, Manufacturing Operations, B2B Coordination, and Back Office Operations can apply
- Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
- Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Leadership Potential
