Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships within the commercial and residential real estate markets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients, investors, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners,



showcasing our company's value proposition.
- Negotiate and close complex real estate deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, economic factors, and technological advancements impacting the real estate sector.
