Job Responsibilities:

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plastic manufacturing machinery.
- Maintain and repair Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Extrusion, and Auxiliary Equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure minimum production downtime.
- Install, align, and assemble mechanical equipment, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and utility systems.
- Perform maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in plastic processing machines.
- Inspect machine parts, replace worn components, and ensure smooth machine performance.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with the Production, Utility, and Quality departments for uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Supervise and guide junior fitters and maintenance technicians.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Plastic Manufacturing Company.




- Hands-on experience with Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Extrusion, and Utility Equipment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and rotating equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex machine breakdowns independently.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments and maintenance tools.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintenance documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
