Job Title: MBA Marketing Executive (Sales & Business Development)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated MBA Marketing professional to help expand our sales across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, converting inquiries into sales, developing new dealer and distributor networks, and increasing brand awareness for our bakery machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B sales leads for bakery machines across India.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Develop relationships with bakeries, hotels, cafés, and food manufacturing businesses.
- Identify and approach new distributors and dealers.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Manage leads from IndiaMART, website, social media, and trade exhibitions.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and sales reports.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

- MBA in Marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
