The Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical, non-clinical, nursing, allied health, and administrative positions within the hospital. The role focuses on developing effective sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, ensuring timely closures of vacancies, enhancing employer branding, and supporting workforce planning initiatives. The incumbent collaborates closely with department heads to attract and hire high-quality healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and recruitment best practices.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding.
- Recruit for doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, technicians, and non-clinical staff.




- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate selection decisions.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
