We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our training programs and help students build successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote IT courses through calls, walk-ins, events, and online channels.
- Handle student inquiries, provide course counseling, and convert leads into admissions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand visibility.
- Manage social media marketing, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners.
- Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, workshops, and college outreach activities.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,



or any relevant field.
- Experience in education sector / IT training sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of IT courses and market trends (added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
