Stratinext is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in Website Development, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, Branding, and AI-powered creative solutions. We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base across India and international markets.

Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposal creation and project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in a CRM or spreadsheet.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of Business Development or B2B Sales experience (marketing agency experience preferred).
- Experience selling digital marketing, websites, software, SaaS, IT services, or related solutions is a plus.




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in cold calling and client meetings.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with a startup agency.
- International sales experience is an added advantage.

Performance Expectations

- Daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Book qualified client meetings.
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance Incentives + Commission.
