Job Description: Telesales Executive – Digital Marketing Services

Location: Chandigarh Tricity / Zirakpur
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team and drive sales of our Digital Marketing Services. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients across diverse industries, understanding their business requirements, pitching relevant digital marketing solutions, and converting leads into clients.

Candidates with prior experience in the Hotel & Hospitality industry will be preferred, particularly those with experience in hotel sales, tele-sales, corporate sales, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses to introduce and pitch the company's Digital Marketing Services.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients across industries such as Hotels & Hospitality, Real Estate, E-commerce, Retail, Education, Healthcare, and other sectors.
- Understand client requirements and business objectives and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Effectively explain and pitch services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, AI-powered marketing solutions, and other digital marketing services.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.




- Schedule meetings and demos with interested prospects for further discussions with the sales or strategy team.
- Handle client queries and objections professionally and work towards converting prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar sales role.
- Candidates with experience in the Hotel & Hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT, SaaS, or other B2B services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Confident and skilled communication skills with the ability to pitch services effectively over the phone.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to sales.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage.
