International Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated International Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships in international markets. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and qualify prospective international clients.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development Managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and present the company's services effectively.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 0–3 years of experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent spoken and written English are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to international clients.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in UK, US, or other international markets.
- Lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Target-driven mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
