Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience to lead the company’s finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, budgeting, cash flow management, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee all accounting and finance operations.

* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.

* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.

* Manage internal, statutory, tax, and GST audits.

* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.

* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

* Develop financial strategies, budgets, and cost-control measures.

* Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

* Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and financial reports.

* Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

* Lead, mentor,



and manage the finance and accounts team.

* Implement and improve financial controls, accounting systems, and ERP processes.

* Support business expansion, project costing, and financial risk management.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership.

* Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.

* Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, budgeting, and compliance.

* Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

* Experience in the infrastructure, EPC, construction, or solar industry will be an added advantage.
