Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and mails to prospective customers.
- Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required.
- Explaining and promoting about the service to prospective clients.
- Assisting with marketing activities.
- To handle the client complaints of their queries regarding the services and take their feedback about the services.
- Maintaining and updating customer database.
Job Requirements/Skills:
- Business Analysis capabilities.
- Banking experience is desirable.
- A positive team player with positive attitude.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Experience: 2-4 years’ experience
Remuneration: As per Industry standards
