- 4+ years of experience in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and AJAX
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, including integration of third-party APIs
- Develop software solutions using frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MSSQL/MySQL)
- Mentor and guide junior developers in coding standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and enforce high-quality coding practices
- Proficient with code versioning tools like Git, SVN
- Solid communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
