Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Contact potential customers from provided databases or self-sourced leads.
- Follow up with interested clients to convert inquiries into applications.
- Product Promotion & Sales
- Explain different types of loans (personal, business, home, LAP, etc.).
- Highlight benefits, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Offer customized loan solutions based on customer needs.
- Customer Handling & Relationship Management
- Address queries and resolve concerns related to loan eligibility, processing time, and documentation.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business or referrals.
- Documentation & Application Processing
- Assist customers in filling out loan applications.
- Guide them on required documents and ensure timely submission.
- Achieving Sales Targets
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the organization.
- Work towards increasing loan disbursements and conversions.

✅ Education: Minimum 12th pass,



but a bachelor's degree is preferred.
✅ Communication Skills: Robust verbal skills in English & regional languages.
✅ Sales & Persuasion Skills: Ability to convince and convert leads.
✅ Banking & Loan Knowledge: Understanding of different loan products and eligibility criteria.
✅ Target-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.

Work Environment & Salary

- Work Type: Office-based .
- Timings: Typically 10AM – 6.30 PM .
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (plus incentives based on sales performance).
- Career Growth: Can progress to Senior Sales Executive, Team Leader, or Sales Manager roles.
