The candidate should supervise labor teams, monitor project progress, ensure quality work, and maintain smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site work and execution activities
- Monitor modular kitchen, wardrobe, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, and furniture work
- Coordinate with labor teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and timelines
- Conduct site measurements and maintain execution quality
- Report daily progress updates to management
- Handle material checking and site coordination
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain discipline at site
- Coordinate with clients during project execution
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at project sites
