Store Manager – Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery store to ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock audits, and product replenishment.
- Monitor high-value jewellery handling, security, and loss prevention procedures.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure product displays are attractive and brand-compliant.
- Maintain billing accuracy, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and merchandising teams for stock movement and current collections.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and jewellery industry regulations.
- Manage store expenses and optimize operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
