Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate production staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Monitor quality control processes to maintain compliance with ISO, EN, and BIS safety workwear certifications.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with procurement, design, and logistics teams for smooth workflow integration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in garment/apparel manufacturing
- Solid knowledge of safety workwear standards and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
