We're looking for an Execution Lead / Team Lead – Digital Marketing who thrives on ownership, execution excellence, and team leadership. Role Overview

As the Execution Lead / Team Lead, you will own end-to-end client execution—from planning and coordination to delivery and performance tracking.

You'll work closely with designers, developers, performance marketers, SEO specialists, content writers, and automation teams to ensure every project is delivered successfully while maintaining exceptional client communication.

This is an ideal role for a T-shaped marketer who has broad digital marketing knowledge with deep expertise in one or two marketing disciplines.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery & Project Management

- Own execution for assigned client accounts from planning to delivery.
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time.
- Create execution plans, project timelines, and weekly schedules.
- Coordinate across multiple teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain documentation and project trackers.

Client Communication

- Serve as the primary point of contact for execution-related communication.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with clients.
- Share progress updates, timelines, and execution reports.
- Gather client feedback and convert it into actionable tasks.
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication.

Team Leadership

- Coordinate designers, developers,



performance marketers, SEO specialists, content writers, and automation teams.
- Assign tasks based on priorities and team capacity.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly planning meetings.
- Mentor junior team members and improve execution quality.
- Ensure accountability across the team.

Quality Assurance

- Review all deliverables before client submission.
- Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Maintain high standards across campaigns, creatives, websites, and content.

Performance & Process Improvement

- Track project delivery KPIs.
- Maintain execution dashboards.
- Identify workflow gaps and improve internal processes.
- Develop SOPs and implement automation to improve efficiency.

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream)
- Digital Marketing, Analytics, or Project Management certifications are a plus
