Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and students.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and projectors.
- Assist in managing school networks, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Support smart classrooms and audiovisual equipment.
- Maintain computer labs and ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Install and update software, antivirus programs, and operating systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance.
- Keep inventory records of IT equipment and accessories.
- Ensure compliance with school IT policies and cybersecurity practices.

Qualification:

- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
