Job Position:- Sales Manager
Experience:- 5 yrs
Salary:- ₹ 35,000 - ₹ 40,000 per month
Location:- Thrissur, Kerala
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage the admissions and sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase student admissions.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and lead conversions.
- Coach, train, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams to improve conversions.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent service.
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and team performance records.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales team members.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
