Position: Operations Consultant
Department: Business Consulting – Operations Excellence
Location: Client Site (Full-Time)
Reporting To: Project Manager / Consulting Director

Key Responsibilities:-

- Study and improve business processes.
- Implement operational improvement initiatives.
- Monitor daily operations and KPIs.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Develop and implement SOPs.
- Conduct process and compliance audits.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, Stores, HR, Finance, and Quality teams.
- Drive ERP implementation and digital transformation projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
- Lead daily review meetings and track action plans.
- Train client employees on processes and systems.
- Ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Represent Ranniti at the client site professionally.

Qualifications:-

- MBA (Operations) / B.E. / B.Tech / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or business consulting.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, Power BI, and process improvement tools.

- Full time deployment at the client site.
- Travel/relocation as per project requirements.
- Six-day working week (as per client policy).
- Willingness to work extended hours during critical project phases.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vapi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

- Lean management: 2 years (Preferred)
