Creative Group LLP is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Design Architect / Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual design abilities, visualization skills, and experience in translating innovative ideas into practical architectural solutions across diverse projects.

In this role, you will act as the key liaison between project owners, design teams, contractors, and site execution teams. You will ensure that project execution aligns with approved architectural/structural drawings, quality standards, timelines, and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions aligned with client requirements and project vision.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and presentation materials using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Create compelling 3D visualizations, design presentations, and conceptual studies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients throughout the design development process.
- Participate in project planning, design reviews, and client presentations.
- Ensure design compliance with building bye-laws, codes, and statutory regulations.
- Support project execution teams with design coordination and technical clarifications.




- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation when required.
- Maintain high standards of creativity, detailing, and design quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for approvals and coordination as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Arch / M.Arch / Civil Engineering or relevant qualification in Architecture/Design.
- 0–2years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, or other visualization/design software.
- Excellent design sensibility, presentation, and visualization skills.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of building regulations, development controls, and approval processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage design packages and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in large-scale commercial, infrastructure, hospitality, institutional, or mixed-use projects will be preferred.
