Job Opening: Facade Project Engineer / Project In-Charge

Location: Bengaluru/ Navi Mumbai
Experience: 5–7 Years (Façade Industry)
Job Responsibilities:

- Execute façade works (Unitized, Semi-Unitized, Stick Systems) as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Study project drawings, BOQ, and method statements; participate in KOM & technical meetings.
- Plan and control site installation sequence, manpower, materials, and access equipment.
- Coordinate with Design, Factory, Planning, QS, Client, Architect, and PMC.
- Conduct site surveys, manage quality checks, safety compliance, and site documentation.
- Track materials, MTOs, work orders, and ensure timely installation.
- Handle client communication, progress reporting (DPR/Weekly), and billing measurements.





Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma / BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in façade execution projects.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium & glass installation, site coordination, and quality control.
- Valuable communication skills and leadership ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
