Job Title: Auditor Office Staff

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu (Hybrid/In office)

Job Summary:
The Auditor Office Staff will provide essential administrative and operational support to our audit team, ensuring smooth execution of audits, accurate documentation, and compliance with Indian statutory requirements like Companies Act, GST, and TDS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist auditors in preparing working papers, audit checklists, and trial balances using Excel and accounting software Tally.
- Organize and file audit documents, share certificates, charge filings, and statutory reports for client engagements.
- Perform data entry, reconciliation of accounts, and basic calculations for TDS, GST returns, and deferred tax provisions.




- Coordinate with clients for document collection, NOCs, and power of attorney drafting.
- Handle basic correspondence, scheduling, and logistics for audit fieldwork.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to auditing standards (SA) and quality control.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; CA Inter or CS Inter preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an audit firm or accounting department.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, Income Tax, MCA and GST portals.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and Companies Act compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication in English and Tamil

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
