Job Summary

IPCS Global is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in educational counseling, lead conversion, and achieving admission targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path while driving enrollments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Counseling

- Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting programs based on their educational and career goals.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into admissions.

Sales & Lead Generation

- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, digital inquiries, walk-ins, and outreach activities.
- Handle walk-in and online inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students to maximize conversions.
- Generate referrals and promote course upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/database.

Marketing & Outreach

- Support online and offline marketing campaigns.




- Coordinate and participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and promotional events.
- Visit colleges and corporate organizations to build partnerships and conduct awareness sessions.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

- Work closely with the branch team to achieve business goals.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, admissions, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and reporting managers on progress and strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (Mandatory).
- Experience in educational counseling, admissions, inside sales, or customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving admission or sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
