RESPONSIBILITY:
Subject matter expert for Real Estate Fund Administration (FA), Real Estate Technology, and Fund Implementations.
Thorough understanding of deal requirements in Real Estate Fund Administration for successful fund implementation, including leading scoping exercises with internal accounting teams for new entity setup.
Work on complex project setup in Yardi such as management fees and performance calculations
Work with the technology team to deploy new software such as DataExchange 2.0 and ensure it egresses correctly to Yardi
Work with Real Estate accounting team to ensure best practices are utilized across all of Fund Administration.
Work with leadership to review, suggest, and implement process improvements to ensure compliance adherence across Real Estate accounting group.
Assist with managing the workload of the Analyst.
Coordination of system configuration information with Tech team.
Coordination of data testing and validation for funds being implemented/migrated
Coordination of custom reporting setup




Consistent involvement with troubleshooting and resolving business user’s requests.

Requirements:
Information Technology literate, proficient in Yardi, and strong Excel skills
Solid understanding of different types of investments
Broad market knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to navigate unexpected challenges
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
7 + years in fintech, financial services, real estate, finance, or accounting
Demonstrate the AD Values
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) a plus
Knowledge of current industry standards (ex: ILPA reporting, NCREIF, return calculation methodology, performance modeling, etc.)
