Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead our engineering design team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in engineering design and project coordination. The candidate will play a key role in managing project deliverables, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering design team for project execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project planning and delivery
- Review and ensure accuracy of engineering drawings, models, and documentation
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables
- Ensure smooth workflow and effective team collaboration
- Participate in design reviews and project discussions
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
- Experience: 10+ Years in engineering design and project coordination
- Robust knowledge in Creo Software is mandatory
- Experience in Façade Engineering will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CATIA or Rhino is preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Pay: ₹595,538.14 - ₹1,961,378.73 per year
