Basic qualifications & mandatory requirements –

- Position is in Nashik, 5 days a week Work from office.

- Should have handled teams of minimum 8-10 people, among that few should be CAs.

- Should be of pleasant personality, actively involved in forums/ industry associations etc.

- Excellent communications must. Should have worked with business heads (this is non negotiable).

- Minimum 10+ years of experience post CA , should be excellent in academics (check on this mandatorily).

- Excellent command, hands on, and should have led teams on – Financial analysis & Planning, Financial reporting, Cash flow & Treasury management, Cost control & Budget management, Financial compliance & Risk management, stakeholder management.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local financial regulations.

- Hands-on experience with financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).





- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.

- Leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a finance team.

- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

- Experience with financial reporting and compliance specific to IT companies, including familiarity with software development, cloud services, or technology-related business models.

- Exposure to international financial management (for companies operating globally).

- Understanding of taxation specific to IT companies, including knowledge of transfer pricing, etc.
