Roles & Responsibilities :-

> Managing Manufacturing, Design and Maintainence activity for Tools, fixtures and moulds.
> Maintaining and reducing down time for press tools.
> Operating Tool Room as a cost center and generating Revenue.
> Concept development and proving of tool for New Product Development.
> Generating appropriate documentation and tracking to monitor progress of Man, Machine and Product.
> Work on improvement in tool life, manufacturing processes and cost reduction.
> Ability to understand requirments from drawingto manufacture fixtures and gauges.



Understanding of tolerance stackup is compulsory.
> Ability to make and understand drawings for tooling on Autocad.
> Planning and ensuring rated output from manpower
> Understanding customer requirments and modifying tool accordingly

Technical Skills - Tool Design, Manufacturing process know how, Autocad, 3D Modelling

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
