Key Responsibilities:-

- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
- Allocate work, monitor workforce performance, and provide guidance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor and control production parameters (temperature, pressure, curing, etc.).
- Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and stores departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs.
- Train and motivate production staff for efficiency and discipline.
- Ensure effective utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.

Requirements:-

- Preferred Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Polymer, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or processing industry.
- Experience in the rubber industry is preffered.
- Knowledge of hydraulic presses, moulding, mixing, and curing processes.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage shift operations and workforce effectively.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
