Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (RPO) to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for RPO services.
- Research target companies and decision-makers across various industries.
- Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule meetings and present the company's RPO solutions.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose customized recruitment solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline,



and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or recruitment services.
- Knowledge of RPO, recruitment lifecycle, and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Staffing, Recruitment, or RPO sales.
