Job Title: Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager - Application (Industrial Services) Business Unit: FNI

Location: Oragadam – Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities and Functions:

- Handling Technical queries, Customer Complaints related to Seals from distribution Channel and Industrial segment.
- Work closely with customers to complete application analysis, provide solutions based on customer requirements, analysis of RFQs and timely response all the customer technical queries in Industrial and Distribution channel.
- Good communication and presentation skills is a must.
- Experience of customer interactions and conducting trainings, workshops, demos, etc
- Work on customer key pain areas and develop solutions that can improve performance and result in business.
- Contribute to prospect generation and create customized value-added solution.
- To perform Application Reviews on complex machines and equipment to provide improvement solution.
- To represent company at customers and institutions through visits, presentations, seminars,



and fairs to sell product & services superiority.
- To develop and perform Root Cause Analysis of Product related problems and provide solutions.
- To develop and execute internal and external trainings, act as a trainer and develop training material.
- Knowledge of similar products in market and ability to compare and provide solution.
- Work with customer on product approvals in line with application proposals, product drawings, sample submitted and completed sample tests.
