Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid (Work from Home + Office Visits)

Office Reporting: Thrice a week at 3:00 PM (or as instructed by the reporting manager)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience) + Performance Incentives

BAT MASTER is a fast-growing sports brand engaged in manufacturing and supplying cricket bats, tennis balls, leather balls, cricket accessories, customized sports products, and private-label sports equipment across India.

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence, generate leads, and strengthen our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and manage social media content calendars.
- Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize ROI.
- Generate B2B leads for dealers, distributors, academies, schools, and retailers.
- Monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign performance.
- Improve website traffic and SEO rankings.
- Manage WhatsApp Business marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly reports.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads.
- Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Content writing and copywriting.




- WhatsApp Business marketing.
- MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in sports, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
- Video editing using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe tools.
- AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation and campaign planning.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.

Hybrid Work Model

- Work from home on assigned days.
- Mandatory office attendance every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 3:00 PM.
- Additional office visits may be required for campaign planning, product launches, content creation, training sessions, or business meetings with reasonable notice.
