Job Purpose

To maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, manage pantry services, and support administrative activities, including the collection of local materials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pantry Management

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to employees and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.
- Refill pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, and disposable items.
- Inform the Admin department when pantry stock needs replenishment.

2. Office Cleaning & Housekeeping

- Clean office cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, and common areas daily.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize office premises as per the cleaning schedule.
- Clean office furniture, glass partitions, doors, windows, and office equipment.
- Empty dustbins and dispose of waste properly.
- Ensure washrooms are clean and adequately stocked with soap, tissue paper, and other essentials.

3. Local Material Pickup

- Collect documents, parcels, and materials from local suppliers, customers, transporters, or courier offices.




- Deliver documents and materials to designated locations as instructed.
- Ensure safe handling of company documents and materials during transportation.

4. Administrative Support

- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.
- Perform other office-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Educational Qualification

- Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi/Marathi. Basic English knowledge is preferred.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in office housekeeping, pantry management, or office support.
- Freshers may also apply.

Skills Required

- Positive housekeeping practices.
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
- Physically fit to perform routine office duties.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
