We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Part-Time Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our business growth by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in converting prospects into customers. This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, and individuals looking for flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients and explain the company's products and services.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Eligibility
- Any bachelor's degree
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Advantages
- Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
