Role Overview

Building Doctor is seeking a technically strong and execution-focused epoxy flooring engineer to manage on-site application, supervision, and quality control of industrial flooring systems.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on site experience, strong understanding of epoxy/PU flooring systems, and the ability to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise epoxy / PU flooring projects across sites

- Ensure proper surface preparation (grinding, cleaning, moisture testing)

- Monitor correct mixing ratios, application methods, and workmanship quality

- Control coating thickness, leveling, curing, and final finish standards

- Coordinate effectively with site teams, vendors, and clients

- Track daily progress, material usage, and project timelines

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site technical challenges

- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Technical Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Epoxy, PU,



and Industrial Flooring Systems

- Hands-on experience with surface preparation equipment (grinders, shot blasters)

Understanding of:

- DFT (Dry Film Thickness) control

- Floor leveling & finishing techniques

- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and site measurements

- Familiar with quality control procedures and site documentation

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in epoxy / industrial flooring projects

- Strong site execution and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel across project locations

Preferred Profile

- Experience in industrial, commercial, warehouse, or factory flooring projects

- Basic understanding of waterproofing systems (added advantage)

- Ability to lead and manage site teams effectively

- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
