Supplier Compliance Manager
Location: Remote – India
Work Schedule: 4:00pm/4:30pm IST to 1:00am/1:30am IST
Position Summary:
The Supplier Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing supplier compliance, risk management, and governance programs to ensure suppliers meet Teladoc Health's quality, regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Legal, and external suppliers to drive supplier accountability, mitigate risks, ensure business continuity, and support operational excellence across the supply chain.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain supplier compliance programs, policies, and governance processes. Monitor supplier adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct supplier compliance assessments, audits, and periodic reviews.
- Drive corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) for identified supplier compliance gaps. Lead supplier risk management activities, including operational, regulatory, financial, cybersecurity, and business continuity risk assessments.
- Utilize vendor risk management tools such as OneTrust to monitor and manage supplier risk, Develop and maintain supplier risk scorecards, compliance dashboards, and performance metrics, Maintain supplier qualification, certification, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams on supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing compliance monitoring, Analyze supplier compliance and performance data to identify trends, risks,
and improvement opportunities, Provide regular compliance reporting and insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Supplier Compliance, Supplier Quality, Vendor Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Risk Management, Experience conducting supplier audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Hands-on experience with vendor risk management platforms, preferably OneTrust, Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities, Experience developing supplier scorecards, KPIs, and compliance metrics, Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of supplier compliance frameworks, quality management systems, and audit methodologies, Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or similar ERP platforms, Understanding of supplier qualification, documentation control, CAPA, and vendor governance processes, Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or ISO-related certifications are a plus.
