We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Gym Receptionist to join our fitness center in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for members, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome members and visitors with a professional and positive attitude.
- Handle member registrations, renewals, and ienquiries.
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate member records and process payments.
- Assist in promoting gym memberships, fitness programmes, and special offers.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable.

Requirements





- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in Customer Service is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, skilled, and customer-orientated attitude.
