Job Description - Sales / Business Development Manager

Location : Mansarovar, Shipra Path

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire current clients, build strategic partnerships, and lead the end-to-end sales process. The role requires strong business development skills, team leadership, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Revenue Growth & Sales

· Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

· Focus on securing high-value deals and long-term business opportunities.

· Improve sales productivity and conversion rates.

· Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and partnerships.

· Develop strategic alliances with hotels, vendors, and other business partners.

· Identify and penetrate new markets and customer segments.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

· Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close business opportunities.





· Ensure timely follow-ups and effective client communication.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Drive repeat business and referral opportunities.

· Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.

· Lead, mentor, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

· Assist in recruitment, training, and team development.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

· Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.

· Provide actionable insights to support business growth.

Qualifications

ü Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (BBA, MBA, BBM, PGDM, B. Com., M. Com.

ü 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.

ü Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

ü Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
