JOB DESCRIPTION

Core Responsibilities

* **B2B & OEM Client Acquisition:** Discover and reach out to local and international importers, distributors, wholesalers, plumbing contractors, and OEM buyers using cold calls, email marketing, and digital trade portals.

* **Technical Sales Collateral Creation:** Oversee the development of technical product catalogs, dimensional spec sheets, and product presentations that clearly explain thread standards (BSP, NPT), brass alloy grades (e.g., CW614N, CW617N), and manufacturing processes (forging, casting, precision machining).

* **Global Export Marketing:** Process international inquiries, generate detailed proforma invoices and price quotes, and collaborate with production and logistics departments to fulfill global trade requirements.

* **Exhibition & Trade Show Management:** Organize, set up, and represent the company at leading plumbing, hardware, and industrial trade shows (such as BIG 5, ISH, and domestic building material expos).

* **Digital Marketing & Online Brand Management:** Oversee business profiles on B2B directories (like Alibaba or IndiaMART), run LinkedIn campaigns, and ensure the website highlights manufacturing strengths and quality certifications (such as ISO).

* **Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy:** Track worldwide price trends for raw brass and scrap metal (copper and zinc market indices)



to support leadership in updating pricing structures and credit policies.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

* **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* **Industry Knowledge:** Working knowledge of metal fabrication methods (casting, hot forging, extrusion) and common pipe fitting types (elbows, tees, nipples, union joints, bushes).

* **Technical & Software Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, MS Excel (for price quotes), and foundational B2B digital marketing tools.

* **Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal English communication abilities for negotiating and onboarding current clients professionally.
