Job Title: Oracle Cloud Security & Reporting Consultant

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Security & Reporting Consultant to manage and support Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM security across enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Security administration, role-based access control (RBAC), user provisioning, reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher, SQL, and Oracle Cloud data models.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access controls while supporting reporting requirements across Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Security Administration

Configure, manage, and maintain Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud security.
Create and manage users, roles, privileges, and data security policies.
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD).
Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
Support security audits, compliance requirements, and governance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Cloud security-related issues.

Oracle ERP & HCM Reporting

Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
Create and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
Develop reports across Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Build complex SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.




Create and maintain data models for BI Publisher reporting.
Validate report accuracy and optimize report performance.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with business users to understand security and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams during implementations and enhancements.
Prepare technical documentation, security design documents, and user guides.
Support production issues, security changes, and periodic access certifications.
Participate in testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Oracle Cloud Certification is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP/HCM Security Administrator.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud Security.
Experience developing reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Strong SQL and Oracle Cloud Data Model knowledge.
Experience in user access management, security configuration, and Oracle Cloud reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in enterprise Oracle Cloud environments.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work in a Hybrid/Remote model based on business requirements.
