Senior Architect

R3 | Location: Kolkata | CTC: 10–12 LPA | Full time

R3 is hiring a Senior Architect to manage end-to-end architectural design and planning for real estate projects, working closely with the Principal Architect and cross-functional consultants.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end architectural design and planning in coordination with the Principal Architect and consultants across Structure, MEP, Landscape, and other disciplines
Review design concepts, working drawings, and project documentation
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining design intent
Support statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and liaisoning with relevant authorities
Support the Sales-Marketing and Legal teams on architectural matters
Monitor and resolve design-related issues during construction
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and design intent

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
10–12 years of relevant experience in real estate project design and execution




Experience with reputed real estate developers on residential and/or commercial projects of similar scale and complexity preferred
Strong knowledge of building regulations, approvals, and compliance processes
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
